ESSA offers learning tools to train, upskill and reskill individuals in high-demand software jobs across Europe.

Europe needs an established strategy for training, retraining and upskilling workers to meet the future needs of modern society. Nowhere is this need more evident today than in the development, delivery and operation of software - a rapidly growing sector where industry stakeholders, education and training providers and professionals need to keep abreast of emerging technologies and new trends.

The European Software Skills Alliance (ESSA) project will address this challenge and develop a sustainable strategy to address the skills gap and meet the need for professional demand for software services.

To this end, ESSA is funded by Erasmus+ and involves 26 ambitious partners from industry and academia.
