Vouchers

Vouchers for digitalization are an incentive for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with the possibility of 60% co-financing of key areas of digitization. Public calls for digitization vouchers have been published by the Slovenian Enterprise Fund (SPS). Four vouchers have been announced on the topic of raising digital competencies, digital marketing, preparation of digital strategy and cyber security.

The purpose of the voucher is to encourage SMEs to provide adequate skills of employees and management staff for key areas of digitalisation and co-financing of eligible training costs (group, individual) for raising digital competencies (outsourcing costs).

Minimum co-financing: EUR 600
Maximum co-financing: EUR 9,999.99

The purpose of the voucher is to encourage SMEs to prepare a digital strategy with a view to digital transformation of companies. The digital strategy covers all three elements:
- assessment of the situation in the field of digitalization,
- preparation of a plan for the development of digital capabilities of the company
- preparation of a strategy for digital transformation companies, covering key areas (customer experience, data strategy, processes and digital solutions to support business, digital business models, products and services, digital staff and digital jobs development strategy, digital culture development strategy, cyber security and industry 4.0)

Minimum co-financing: EUR 1000
Maximum co-financing: EUR 9,999.99

The purpose of the voucher is to encourage SMEs to introduce digital marketing to increase the competitiveness, added value and income of SMEs by co-financing eligible costs, including:
- new websites + testing = 500 - 1,500 EUR
- new mobile applications + testing = 500 - 2,000 EUR
- new online store = 500 - 2,500 EUR
- new reservation platforms = 500 - 2.500 EUR

only 1 time for each activity in the entire period until 2023; a maximum of EUR 8,500 co-financing in total

The purpose of the voucher is to encourage SMEs to increase cyber security by co-financing the following eligible costs:

- implementation of the system safety inspection, including the preparation of a safety report and a technical report with recommendations = 1,000 - 5,000 EUR
- penetration test, including the production of a technical report with examples and a technical report on corrected errors = 1,000 - 9,999.99 EUR
