Slovenia, together with France and Montenegro, is joining the Western Balkans Cybersecurity Capacity Centre (WB3C) in the framework of the Her CyberTracks initiative. The initiative offers targeted activities to strengthen the cyber capacities of female representatives involved in national and international cyber security policy-making processes and international negotiations.

The Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Centre in Podgorica aims to support regional cooperation and provides among others training in cyber security and international cyber cooperation, and promotes and facilitates the rapprochement of the Western Balkan countries towards European integration through cooperation with EU Member States.

The Her Cyber Tracks initiative builds on the efforts of ITU and Germany to bridge the digital gender gap and includes an already established mentoring programme for women in cyber security.
