The Slovenian Tourist Board has prepared a public procurement for the prototype phase of the implementation of the reform part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, which was announced in June at the presentation of the Strategy of Digital Transformation of Slovenian Tourism 2022-2026. The National Reference Point represents the key and most comprehensive action of the Strategy of Digital Transformation of Slovenian Tourism 2022-2026 and the central tool for achieving and monitoring the objectives of the Slovenian Tourism Strategy 2022-2028.

The prototype phase of enforcement of the National Reference Point or "Market Intelligence Hub" will take place over a period of 6 months, from October 2022 to March 2023, while the implementation phase of the reform part of the NRRP will be carried out by June 2024, in line with the milestones of the NRRP. Due to the complexity of the procurement, experts from several fields will be involved in the implementation: tourism, IT, data source analysis, artificial intelligence and machine learning. The architectural and content design of the National Reference Point is being defined through a highly interactive process with tourism stakeholders.

The estimated value of the tender is €300,000 excluding VAT.

The tender is published at: www.enarocanje.si.

Proposals must be submitted to the e-JN information system at https://ejn.gov.si/ by 10.00 on 12 September 2022.
